Ah, haven't drawn anything for a while.
I got tired of doing generic poses of characters, so I decided to try for something a bit more action-oriented. I was originally planning on doing a Super Sonic piece, but after a few rough sketches, it was turning out almost the same as my last Sonic picture in terms of pose and composition. So, I scrapped that idea and moved onto this. It originally started as a still shot of Sonic kicking (hence the raised left leg), and it just evolved from there. I basically had the whole 'flying battleship' theme stuck in my head for this piece. Eggman seems to have one in almost every game, now. The guy must be rich. Oh, and the chain? I just put it in to further emphasise the fact that it's pretty damn windy up there. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
