My latest and greatest Rouge pic.
It was hard to try and make her butt stick out just the right amount without making her look fat. XD
Also, I think the wings look a bit mashed up (especially her right wing).
Ah well, it's still my best Rouge yet, so I'm happy. XD
EDITED: OK, the pic was bugging me, so I edited it for her to have both eyes open, instead of winking.
